The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a lovely area, really close to to enjoy the Rhine river shores along the wine area west from Biebrich and a chat late afternoon and the beautiful and artistic garden of the palace. The staff there were pleasant and superfriendly. I was upgraded to modern and airy small room with nice view over rhein.

The bed of mine was a little lumpy.

It is fairly clean, modern hotel and the stuff is affable and super-friendly. The venue has nicely furnished and well-appointed rooms complete with tea and oblique ceiling, for instance.

Units with rhein view.

Nice hotel in a fantastic position on the river. Nice building and rooms with rhein view. Location very close to amazing Mexican restaurant, a chat late afternoon, and the boulevard of Wiesbaden. Good food in the restaurants such as Yesterday, located 10 min away.

This hotel is a hidden gem on the bank of the Rhine River, with beautiful views of the water and the famous Biebrich Palace. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a balcony to enjoy the view. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to provide great service. The breakfast is not included, but it's well worth the extra cost as it has everything you need to start your day right.

No elevator, but everything else was perfect.

Great location on the river, next to the "Schloss". Adequate breakfast with good coffee! Actually, no frills! But decent value for the price. Good Mexican restaurant next door.

Very limited parking, cars are parked "on top of each other"; reservation needed ahead of time. The single room I booked was the size of a walk in closet; tiny tv mounted on the wall (probably a good thing for the available space); tiny table, plastic chair; no room to do any kind of work. Staff had to find me a reading lamp.

There are great views of the Rhine river out the window and there are many restaurants within walking distance. A decent breakfast was provided in the price.

We loved the central location of this hotel! It is situated right on the banks of the Rhine River, close to the Biebrich Palace, and with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The view of the river from our room was wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary kettle in our room. The hotel staff was helpful and the room was clean.

Nothing could have been better!

A problem with the lights in my room was put right immediately it was mentioned. The Manager and Staff were always polite and helpful. I would most certainly make reservations there in the future.

Convenient for Wiesbaden. Overlooking the Rhine, not too noisy, but cars etc pass all night; modest and better restaurants very close by. Free parking in the street. Internet free (but I couldn't connect). Not luxe, but adequate at a good price. Good breakfast.

This hotel is a real gem! The attention to detail is impressive, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the amazing view of the river from the balcony. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Plus, the location right at the Rhine river is perfect, with plenty of charming cafes and restaurants right on the doorstep. And all at a great price!

No major issues, everything was fine.

Close location to the Horse Show that we were attending and picturesque by Rhine. Also I have a preference for old hotels

Lack of parking

Located in a charming neighborhood with great restaurants just in front of the scenic river. The warm reception and attention to detail in the rooms, like mini refrigerators, universal chargers, and two bed pillows per person, delighted me. there’s an onsite café with delicious baked goods and inviting kaffee. The hotel had a few options for family-friendly activities nearby, like a wonderful kids' playground a few blocks away in the park.

Although the hotel's location has great amenities nearby, the lack of a dedicated parking spot, according to one visitor, limited flexibility when making plans.
